On 21 November 2014, at the Information Center of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ), the "Wind Energy in Poland 2014" press conference was held, with the participation of the representatives of the nation-wide media. The conference was dedicated to the launch the sixth edition of the "Wind Energy in Poland" report, the co-authors of which are the experts of BSJP law firm.
At the conference, Dominik Sołtysiak, partner at BSJP and a specialist in the field of energy law, presented the possible scenarios for the auction system coming into effect based on the current state of legislative work on the RES act.

At the moment, the report presented at the conference comes as the only, and widely recognized with the representatives of the industry, comprehensive study of wind energy in Poland. It provides for a detailed analysis of legal conditions for the development of wind energy, including the most recent draft of the RES act. It gives an account of the prospects and limitations for the development of wind energy in Poland as well as public support schemes for wind energy in the years 2014-2020.
