BSJP law firm has regularly been providing advisory services in mergers and acquisitions to Polish and international businesses. We began 2022 by finalizing the takeover of the Wrocław-based joint-stock company Clearcode by ARICOMA Group, being part of private equity group KKCG with more than EUR 7 billion in assets under management.
BSJP provided an all-inclusive legal service to ARICOMA Group at all stages of the investment, including the preparation of transaction documents, closing and post-closing activities.
The team used by BSJP to advise on the transaction was headed up jointly by Partner Dag Nilsson and Partner Ewa Boryczko, PhD, and included Senior Associate Agnieszka Pokora, Partner Marcin Kroll and Associate Aleksandra Wylecioł.
ARICOMA Group is the largest IT company in the Czech Republic and one of the largest providers of IT services in the CEE, with a significant presence in the Scandinavian market.
Established in 2009, the acquired company Clearcode is an advertising (AdTech) and marketing (MarTech) software developer. Clearcode has been successful running projects for clients from all around the globe – Clearcode’s solutions are used by companies such as Spot X or Sweden’s fintech giant Klarna.
