We advised Douglas on the opening of its main distribution centre in Poland

We are pleased to announce that our law firm has advised Douglas, the European leader in omnichannel premium beauty, on the lease of warehouse space at CTPark Warsaw South, where the company has launched its main distribution centre in Poland and, at the same time, the third location of this kind in the world.

The new facility comprises more than 46,200 sqm of space, including 1,317 sqm of offices and 44,940 sqm of warehouse space, making it a key point in the Douglas supply chain. With this strategic investment, the company will significantly improve its multi-channel sales service, optimizing logistics processes and reducing product delivery times to customers. The Douglas building, which has been properly adapted to the tenant’s specialised operational and technological requirements, is one of ten warehouse properties in Poland with a BREEAM environmental certificate of the highest level (“Outstanding”).

Products from CTPark Warsaw South will reach customers in Poland, Central Europe and the Baltic countries of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The facility will also act as a distribution centre for private labels, supplying European stores with their product range.

Legal support in this transaction was provided by experts form our law firm, namely: Jarosław Sroka – head of the team, and Agnieszka Pokora.
