On 20 April 2023, the Polish Chamber of Commerce appointed a Real Estate Committee. Małgorzata Zamorska, attorney-at-law and Partner at BSJP | bnt, joined the appointed experts of this Committee.
The task of the newly established Committee is to actively participate in the development of the real estate market, giving opinions and initiating bills, as well as discussing the proposed changes to the law that will have an impact on the industry.
The Real Estate Committee will comprise 40 experts, including lawyers, economists and participants of the investment process working for major companies on the real estate market.
