On 5 June, there will be a webinar organised by the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce to which we would like to invite you. The event is entirely devoted to the liability of managing directors and attorneys-in-fact in companies under provisions of Polish law.
The training will be conducted by our experts, Christoph Garschynski and Monika Utrata. They are going to talk about, i.a.:
- legal position and area of liability of managing directors,
- effective distribution of tasks among managers,
- advantages and disadvantages of employing a managing director on the basis of an employment contract,
