We are delighted to once again contribute to the organisation of the 30th Jubilee Congress of the Polish Society of Oncological Surgery. The event will be held in Cracow on 16-18 May this year under the keyword: Safety of patients and quality in oncological surgery. It is already a tradition that BSJP | bnt law firm is responsible for preparation of the legal session. It will be conducted by Hanna Rubaszewska.
Hanna Rubaszewska will present the introductory issues for the legal panel and give two lectures:
- The most important data protection issues before and after surgery
- Errors and risks in medical contracts
Lectures by our expert will also be available for listening to during the specialized courses held during the Congress. This time, Hanna Rubaszewska will address formal and legal issues related to oncological surgery.
